Quality of Tungsten Electrodes is mostly depending on what Rare Earth metal oxide in tungsten, the percentage and the micro uniformity.
As above micro pictures showed: the Rare Earth metal oxide in BECKEN tungsten electrodes is Fine and Homogenous dispersed, while the Rare Earth metal oxide in normal tungsten electrodes is coarse and undispersed. |

| The fine quality of BECKEN Tungsten Electrodes is owing to the process during Rare Earth metal nitrate dipping uniformlywith tungsten, and strict sintering temperature control. |

1. Pre-sharpened or pre-ground Tungsten Electrodes by grinders or sharpeners
BECKEN's preground or presharpened tungsten electrodes are pre-sharpened in the longitudinal direction by machine grinders or sharpeners rather than by hands at very consistent quality, which keeps the welding arc is easier starting and higher penetration than the presharpened tungsten electrodes in the circle direction. |
