1. Metallurgical Phase Observation for the semi-products
We will sampling in each batch upon after sintering for deep detection. Our engineers will identify and analysis the structure of the ceramic balls by metallurgical microscope. It is very important to make sure metallographic in phase and confirm the correct sintering process to ensure the ceramic ball properties. All the examination data will be kept in file.
