1.Description

Sintered Ferro-alloy Clad Wear Plate has more than 50% Boride and Carbide hard particles, which the wear resistance of the clad layer is very good owing to they are uniformly distributed in the Ferro-alloy matrix. And the steel base makes the clad plate very good strength as well.

1.2Application

The microstructure shows that Boride and Carbide hard particles uniformly dispersed in the matrix of martensite and residual austenite. The clad layer is very high abrasion resist and without cracks.

The abrasion resistance of BECKEN Ferro-alloy clad wear plates can be close to the Tungsten Carbide hard metal, while the Cost-effective is at least twice than the Tungsten Carbide hard metal and also saving the tungsten resource.

Our Ferro-alloy clad wear plates can be widely used for replacing the Cement Carbide in the abrasion resistance of Oil Sand, Coal Mining Conical Bits, Cement Liner, Brick Mold etc.
